  • By dialing 123 ( IVRS ) it will be in subsidiary account 3

For UP Circle

  • SMS ‘DATA2G’ to 53733

For Kerala Circle

    2. Enter 3 for STV submenu
    3. Enter 1 for STV enquiry
    4. Enter 1 for more details (data validity)
    5. Enter 1 for more details (data balance)…

    Now a days BSNL also start to cheet the custemers by many ways ,darkening of validity is one method. Network for data and voice service going poor in reception day by day . There was no hope for improvement.

    *124*1# is not working from past 3 months. Will anybody sleeping in the bsnl service center wake up and check it out. The customers are depending on it.

    there is better is to close the bsl 3G network because its not working properly& they are not response. the customer service is very poor I tell don’t believe the network when you are urgent. usage data code is not working and…………………..

    The method of sending SMS to 53733 was not working from the past 45 Days.They are not telling to directly dial *124# from mobile. But that too is not working properly. so plz.clear information…Thanks……..

    Not able to check data balance on BSNL in any way by sending DATA3G to 53733 and also *124#. worst service by BSNL chennai.

    The method of sending SMS to 53733 was not working from the past 2 months.. They are not telling to directly dial *124# from mobile. But that too is not working properly. This week I will visit guindy Chennai BSNL in person and let u all know their response.
