  • Night Balance & Validity: *123*8#
  • SMS: ‘USAGE DATA’ to 53738
  • Onnet and offnet free minutes: *123*9#

For Maharastra (MH) & Goa Circle

  • Dial *112#

For AP Circle

  • *234#
  • By dialing 123 ( IVRS ) it will be in subsidiary account 3

For UP Circle

  • Dial *123*6#

For Tamil Nadu Circle

  • SMS ‘DATA3G’ to 53733
  • SMS ‘DATA2G’ to 53733

For Kerala Circle

  • *124*1# or
  • *124*4#

For Gujarat Circle

  • *112#

    For BSNL Tamilnadu Circle; right now we have one option where we need to put the sim card into a smart phone; access internet and then disconnect it; it tells the last usage with remaining balance also.

    Alternatively *124# can be used; use STV option; select Data n then u get in long digit; it quite difficult to understand whether it is kb or bytes that is being displayed.

    From Tamil Nadu circle. Sending DATA3G to 53733 is replying with a message asking me to use *124*1#. If I use *124*1# it is not showing me the data balance. It used to work till last month. What have they changed? Calling customer care at 1503 is saying this number does not exist

      I am also experiencing the same problem for the past few days, unable to connect to net, and not able to check the data balance using data3g method, if you find any solution to this please let me know, the customer care service for bsnl is very bad trying for past 4 days no one attending.

    At present BSNL does not give the data balance details under sms to 53733 by sending DATA3G OR DATA2G. Instead it shows like to send *124#. but it does not work. Is there any solution to know the data balance?
