BSNL customers can register (registration mandatory) at the selfcare portal and view various details of their broadband account. You will be able to view broadband plan, view broadband bills, bill payment, update your profile, complaint booking, plan change, etc..

Details required to register:
Customer ID / Unique ID / Account No. – This is printed on your telephone bill.

Getting Broadband usage on mobile is foolish service. This service is fake. when you send sms from any mobile number, firstly charges are very high and then reply comes from BSNL as invalid request.

I created account on selfcare portal. It gave me ID and Password. when I enter this details it shows invalid details.
agar India me BSNL hi acchi service nahi dega to baki ke bare me to bolna hi bekaar he.
I think this is the reason, BSNL network koi nahi leta, kyuki inka to network he hi nahi.

BSNL is ultimate service provider like a king in telecom. So you can access its facility when the king is happy. And being a tiny customer u don’t have right to blame bsnl…….. hope u understand

Been checking for an hour trying to figure out a way to check my Broadband usage. Nothing works.
They keep changing, messing around and ensure they dont know themselves.

BSNL is best is making such jokes time to time. We are in a miserable helplessness to depend such an undependable network. I too tried all methods said by BSNL but failed successfully as BSNL has planned. They simply want to make news, thats all
