I have recharged stv 57 for internet purpose but no balance…. no response…..
BSNL is towards winding up. Mostly by mid of this year. Beyond god only help us. They have already declared heavy loss and not even employees are paid salaries in few regions.Thats the reason other service providers shown interest in taking over the network.
Actually i recharged with Rs.365 for the plan of free calls and free sms for 1 year but now after 7 days calls are barred.
So what to do, i don’t understand but i suggest you all to avoid the BSNL

my bsnl prepaid recharge plan expires by tomorrow i.e., 28-9-2018. I recharged today with Rs. 349 (validity for 54 days) thinking that the new plan will start from day after tomorrow i.e. 29-9-2018 with expiry date of 21-11-2018. But, unfortunately, the new recharge plan works from today itself stating that the expiry date will be 19-11-2018, thereby I am loosing 2 days validity for 27-9-2018 and 28-9-2018 as per the earlier plan’s validity (Rs.485 plan). This loss is not there in other networks such as Airtel etc. BSNL authorities, please look into this aspect
yeap. Being the backbone of India’s infrastructure it really sucks in delivering data with poor signal strength eating up battery.
Jio and Airtel seems to do better all around india .
